Adrift in the small town of Anacortes, Washington has a laid-back vibe and is very popular with locals and visitors. The tables have a no-cell-phone policy (although it is not enforced), and guests are encouraged to read from the books on the walls. They locally source their food from the Skagit Valley and beyond.
