There is nothing better than a flavorful ribeye to set things right in the world.
Masselow’s Steakhouse in the small town of Airway Heights, Washington has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant, named after Chief Masselow of the Kalispel Tribe, is insideNorthern Quest Resort & Casino and has recently rebranded itself as a steakhouse. It’s working—the night they hosted my dinner the entire restaurant filled up. It is the only restaurant to receive an AAA Four Star Diamond Rating in Greater Spokane (about 12 minutes west of Spokane).
